How do I confirm my address?

1. Login to your paypal account
2. Click here to update your credit card's billing address
3. Click here to see your address list. Your credit card's billing address will appear here automatically, and the word Confirmed will be next to it in the Status column.
4. Delete any addresses that you don't use any more.
5. If 1-3 don't work for you, ask for help.

How can I confirm my work or vacation-home address?

1. Have one of your credit card statements sent there, and then click here to give paypal your credit card's new billing address.
2. Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If you are approved, the address on your application will be a confirmed address.
3. Complete Alternate Address Confirmation (U.S. accounts only).

My bills are sent to a P.O. Box, but packages ship to a street address. What can I do?

1. If both addresses are in the same zip code, you can use a combined address in the following format:

   Your Name
   Your Street Address
   P.O. Box XXXX (optional)
   Your City, State ZZZZZ-XXXX

   where ZZZZZ is your 5-digit zip code and XXXX is your post-office box number.

2. Have your credit card bill sent to that address. USPS will find you based on your 9-digit zip code.
3. Confirm that address with paypal.
4. FedEx and USPS will find you based on your street address.
